When can you find out gender of baby??

How many months do you have to be to find out gender of baby? Without doing a private early scan.

I did sneak peek at 7 weeks with my last 2 pregnancies.

We don’t have Nipt covered here so 20 weeks can hopefully will find out 🤞🏻 but it all depends on the baby

If you ask your doctor for the NIPT blood test which detects both gender and genetic health risks at 9 weeks, you will find out when you get your results at 10-11 weeks. If you decline that blood test and wait until the anatomy scan, you will likely find out at 18-20 weeks.

It depends on your OBs protocols. Most women find out either at their 20 week anatomy scan or after their genetic screening blood test around 10-14 weeks. 
I found out the gender through an at-home blood test at 8 weeks and had it confirmed through ultrasound at a university at 16 weeks and again at my 20 week anatomy scan.
