High blood pressure

Anyone else have blood pressures that are higher than normal for them but not end up with pre-eclampsia? My blood pressure is usually 90s/60s but the past few weeks has been running 130s/80s. My doc isn’t concerned until it gets to be the magic number of 140/90. I’ve had terrible swelling this pregnancy and the past few days have had a consistent headache, but my blood pressure is only 138/88 at home so they’re not attributing my symptoms to that. 34 weeks today and just wondering if people had similar happen and ended up with higher blood pressure/pre-eclampsia later in pregnancy? I know everyone’s different, just curious of other peoples experiences!
