What is the best gap between each child?

Very curious what the best age gap would be between each child. I feel there are pros and cons to having children closer and farther apart within age. Thoughts/experience please ☺️

My first two are 2 years 4 months apart and I found it hard at first but once a routine was established it got easier, my kids are now 13 and 11 and I'm pregnant again! So I'll have to let you know on that one 😅

I always thought 2 years but I got pregnant on accident which made my kids 18months a part. It was really rough in the beginning but I feel like now it’s the perfect gap because they can do lots of things together since they are around the same age. It’s super sweet!

My step kids are 14 years old and 8...
Now we have a 4 month old.
It's great! We can stick them with baby for entertainment while I do supper or clean our just pee for the first time in a day lol

1st and 2nd kid are 21 months apart and 2nd and 3rd are 19 months apart. It’s tiring but I love it

I don’t know what the “best” age gap is, but ours will be almost 5 years apart.

My daughter will be two months shy of 4 when her sibling is born. There is no way my mental health would have been able to handle two kids any sooner than that
