Early symptoms?

Hey y’all, I am trying for my first. I had a very early MC earlier this year. I don’t know when I ovulated (I’m not in a hurry to conceive so I’m not buying OPKs right now.) I have muscle aches, sore breasts and my stomach feels how it did whenever I was positive last time. Idk how to describe it, it felt kinda heavy and twingy? I know these can all be symptoms of AF coming (If I’m not pregnant she is like a week and a half away) but I just wanted to hear what other people thought. I am so anxious having to wait so long to take my pregnancy test!
