Explain cramping please!🥺

So I know if might be too early to tell but I have had light cramping I would say since 11-12 and I had severe cramping on the 21st and had have very little on and off cramping since. Can someone please explain what could be going on. I haven’t had cramping that lasted this long or the severe cramping that I had on the 21st. Having sex had made the cramping better.
