How to end night feedings after they reach 1?

Hi! The past two weeks my girl has been waking up every night at 1am screaming to eat. I’ve tried to resettle her without feeding and she will just keep screaming til she is fed. Then she sleeps til 4/5am and wakes up hungry again for another bottle. She turns one this week on the 31st so I don’t know what we are supposed to do when she doesn’t get formula anymore and we transition to regular milk...not sure how to ween her off the bottle...

My pediatrician suggested giving a few ounces of water, once they don’t get the “good stuff” aka formula/milk, it will train them to not wake for it. I tried it and it took about a week to work so that he was sleeping through the night. We’ve regressed here recently and will be trying again

Mine turned 1 on the 3d and he still wakes up once (sometimes twice) a night for a feeding. Sure I wish for him to sleep through the night but I assume he will eventually stop waking up in the middle of the night. But for now I dont mind. He really likes his bottle at night so we just go along with it
