Call doctor. ER can’t do anything even if it is a miscarriage. You’ll just be getting a huge bill and they won’t be doing much of anything. 
While waiting to get into doctor drink lots of water and rest, rest, rest on left side.  Idk if you had sex or anything recently but your cervix may just be irritated. All the extra blood pumping to cervix etc can cause cervix to swell and become easily irritated. I’ve had that. It’s a good sign your not cramping. You may also a hematoma/ sun chronic hemorrhage. A lot of people get those, and go on half perfectly healthy pregnancies. It isn’t bright red so I would try my best to stay calm.

Light pink spotting is common but not normal.

I would contact your doctor or if it’s after hours to call the doctor on call. I was told That ER visits should be for period like blood with clots and cramps. But again, every doctor is different.
