If you woke up at 5am what time would you go to sleep?

On weekdays/school days I wake up between 6am-6:15am & don’t go to bed until 11:30pm-midnight or so.

It’s the only time I get peace so I get up at 6:30 and usually go to bed around 12. Lol

I wake up at 5. I have to take prescription medication to sleep, I have insomnia and it's really hard for me to fall asleep and then stay asleep. I usually fall asleep a little after midnight and wake up at least 3 or 4 times during the sleep I do get. I usually am up before my alarm though.

I try to go to bed around 8:30 so I can’t be asleep by 9. I’m not happy if I don’t get enough sleep, and I work early 🤷🏼‍♀️

It depends. Really whatever time I feel tired is what time I would go to sleep at. Generally waking up at that time, I would try to aim for 10-11 PM. I like to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep.

I do wake up at 5. I go to bed at 10, though I usually fall asleep on the couch before then. I should probably go to bed at 9, but I just can’t make myself do it.

I woke up at 5am every day for many months with my daughter, I went to bed by 9pm to try to be asleep around 9:30-10pm (I would read in bed but wouldn’t let myself look at my phone or tv after 9pm)

I wake up at 4:30am, in bed by 8. Sometimes 7 if I’m really tired lol
