I get that alot daily and everything is fine your plug regrows I was told with my 2nd if there's blood with the plug then get checked but that In the pic is fine, I'm pregnant with my third now 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your mucus plug grows back.  I wouldn’t be concerned.
