Im only 8 weeks and started getting dizzy

I’ve been dizzy the whole pregnancy so far. It is a common pregnancy symptom. That said, sometimes it can be that your blood pressure is off or you didn’t drink enough fluid. Just make sure you remember you need a lot more water than you normally do because our blood volume increases up to 50%. So drink lots of fluids and I would probably have a blood pressure cuff at home so that you can check it during the pregnancy especially when you feel super dizzy to make sure it’s at least within a normal range.

Dizziness can be a symptom of several things, including dehydration and pregnancy. It doesn’t hurt to get a check up with your doc to make sure everything is ok
