I keep trying to read my 1 year old books and have tried since birth like my other son but he wants NO part of it.

He will run away immediately or if he is interested in the book he wants to be the one to hold it and chew on it, and look at all the pages but not read and sit with me. So I just let him do that but he’s only into it for .5 seconds. He just likes to run around getting into things he shouldn’t. He never sits still. It’s really frustrating trying to make a bedtime routine when he is constantly moving like this.

Even in diaper changes I want my husbands help if he’s there, or I have to pin his legs down for a sec and he still tries to get up. He’s a climber too. He has a bunch of toys and stuff to play with/on but he always chooses a remote, another random object, even the toilet brush!

He’s just WAY more wiggly and crazy compared to my first. Anyone else have a super calm kid and a super crazy kid too😂?
