So my baby had a congested nose for over a month, I spent a lot of time at my moms who has a dog, lives on a busy street, keeps her windows open and things get pretty dusty. Allergies are bad right now and so on… on the weekends I’d stay home and the baby would clear up then a few days later again stuffy while I’m at my moms. So I kept my distance and didn’t spent time over there and her nose completely cleared up. Fast forward to Sunday (3 days ago) we get a puppy…. And now she’s congested again. Can we assume it’s her being allergic to dogs? It makes it hard for her to nurse, use her pacifier, and sleep. My son wanted a dog so bad and he’s so good but should we be getting rid of him? I need any advice on people with dogs and babies or if this has ever happened to you.
