Cat has dry skin?

does anyone know of any products or anything that could help this? his skin doesn’t bother him and he never scratches or itches but it bothers me that he looks flakey sometimes lol

I have one cat that gets super flakey skin. She doesn’t drink as much as my other monsters. 
Salon oil or if you can find a bone broth that encourages more hydration.

It could be a lil dehydration. But could also be a deeper health issue. Bc the coat is also dull and looks thin. How is the cat acting? Pay close attention cats are good at hiding pain and discomfort. Make sure he’s not straining at all when he goes to the bathroom. Could be signs of a UTI or kidney issue.
