My boyfriend has eczema, maybe it’s not so detrimental as others, but he has really dry and itchy patches on his body, and also gets dryness if his skin is exposed in the sun for a while. I would just put some natural Shea butter on the dry parts, and massage it in, and it heals with in a day or so. I hope this helps you! (Plus it’s natural)

My eczema flares up horribly in the winter because of the cold. Only this helps.

I use this for my eczema. Unfortunately there isn’t a cure, your eczema is going to stay flared until it wants to go away. I use this to help the dryness and I also use Vaseline after a bath since it’s so thick. I have full body eczema that hasn’t even cleared up once in 4 years.
I also use oatmeal baths once a week for pain. If you do use oatmeal baths, make sure you moisturize very well.

I switched to all natural body wash, lotions, oils, body butters and laundry soap. 
I stopped using dryer sheets add started using wool dryer balls. 
It helps a lot. 
But there is no cure for eczema.
