breast reduction questions-

hi guys i have to get an exam and then im going to have a consultation and talk about options, so i thought id put some of my questions out here in advance so if anyone has gotten a reduction it would be super helpful if any of my questions can be answered😊. so im about 5’4 and im a 38ddd and my back doess hurt a lot and i do feel like its due to my 🍒. their also so heavy and pretty much already starting to sag and i just can never find clothes that fit right or bras. so i really have been wanting a reduction but i just wish there was a way to do it and make them look the exact same but smaller without scares or anything😭 anywayyyy my questions are

1- will they be squishy again eventually?😟 bc the pictures ive seen all look hard even w out implants and i dont want implants but i just wanna make sure their not gonna be like hard forever yk😭

2- how bad is the scaring and how long does it take to see them fade

3- some pictures ive seen just dont look right( im not trying to be rude im just trying to explain) but some look square or very different and the nipple looks kinda messed up but then i see other ones that look super good. is that based on the doctor that does it or the way your 🍒 are?
