How to lose weight
I only want to shed like 10lbs I have love handles and fat on belly from pregnancy that I want to get rid of. I feel like my diet is good already so what I’m supposed to do fast? Ik you have to eat less calories to lose, I probably eat 2k or less a day already I don’t eat breakfast lunch and dinner I have like one meal with snacks through the day so I need to fast to go less calories I think.. I do try to exercise as well. I am breastfeeding, my child doesn’t depend on breast milk to eat she’s 3 so I think my diet won’t affect her. So how do I do it I need discipline and help!
