For those that have smartwatches, are they worth it??

I’m wanting a smartwatch but I can’t decide whether or not it’s even going to be useful. How frequently do you use yours and in what way? Do you feel like it’s something that you can’t leave the house without? What are some advantages they provide? How much did you pay for yours? Any information would be useful 😊

I personally like it. It keeps me motivated to move. It helps me right my sleeping pattern. It shows me texts/calls. I can check the weather. I don't have to constantly be on my phone. The only con for me is I have anxiety and sometimes the heart monitor freaks me out, but other than that, I like it. I just have a standard one. I didn't go too cheap, but I didn't go too pricey either. I stayed in the middle. I would say the pricey ones are worth it if you're going to use most of those features. If not, I don't think it's worth it.

I like having it for work. I have my Apple Watch synced with my calendars and it shows my next meeting on the screen and when I get a message from a coworker. It’s convenient when I am working on a project or away from my computer doing something. I definitely don’t count it as a must have, but a nice to have.

I have a Fitbit, don’t really have a smart watch. It does what it needs to do.

I got one cause work usual do lots of well being challenges and it encourages me to part take and keep up walking etc outside that
So I enjoy being able to track what i have done

I only put mine on when I’ll be out all day or when I exercise in the morning. I like it but it’s not worth it. If you want it for exercise but not to sure about it before I had the Apple Watch I had map my walk app
