Light light spotting

I’m 6-8 DPO and today when I wiped I had the tiniest tiniest streak of blood. Then I just went to the bathroom again and it’s the tiniest bit of pink. I’ve also been having some slight twinges for about a week or two now. Should I be concerned? I always worry about pelvic inflammatory disease since my STI in December.
