Dog training tips?

I have a puppy that desperately needs to be trained. Willing to buy anything. 
  It's an untrained hyperactive 1 yr old puppy.

Answer

Go to puppy school.
If he's not manageable in a dog school better get a trainer. They will see what's necessary for your dog's needs.
Most dogs don't require "items to buy" but time and effort to be put in.
