I’m 6 weeks n I’m scared i might be having a miscarriage im having mild cramping here there but only on my right side

It’s hard to say. I have heard some women who bled and cramped during their first trimester and were fine and others not so much. So I would def contact your dr and let them know what’s going on so they can see you asap.

hey babe! Please dont stress. Bleeding is common also in pregnancy, however just inform your DR & keep your eye on the blood. It shouldnt be enough blood to fill a pad or 3. Mine started of like that then It was just purest red blood followed with mt miscarriage. But I know a lot of women who have had this. Don’t stress, rest up babe and drink plentt of water.
