Nipple cream

Question

My son is 8 months old and has just started teething. I’m still breastfeeding him and my nipples are killing me due to his new tooth. It hurts almost as much as when he was first born. I don’t usually have sore nipples with breastfeeding so I’m not sure what creams are the best to help with this. What are the best brands??

I would use this when my baby's went through feeding clusters, it saved my boobs. But, what kind of pain are you having? Is it during feeding or an after the feeding pain? If it's the first then definitely talk with a lactation consultant to help you, maybe baby needs help latching differently. If it's the latter, the cream works wonders. Just make sure to clean it off before feedings
