Rock. Bottom.
I’ve always had the “over hang” kind of belly. I carry my weight at the bottom of my stomach. I guess people call it an apron or B belly now. And I saw a picture of myself today and WOW. This is the biggest it’s been, the worst I’ve looked. And it does NOT help that I have small legs, no hips or butt, and the top half of me could almost pass as just overweight not obese. I’d been working out and eating well, then stopped for a couple months. Now I need to get back on the grind in a healthy way. Not do too much, not starve myself. I need a new starting point. Any ideas? Busy job/home/school life. I’m 27, and this is the road to not dying young because of my weight.
