Light bleeding

I had sex January 16 while on bc pills and went to the doctor on January the 27th and had to take a pregnancy test to start a new type of bc and it came back negative. I’m on the 3 month simpesse pack now since the 27th and currently on the last section. I missed Fridays & Saturdays pill, but I took Saturday & Sunday pill on Sunday. I took my pill for Monday early yesterday morning on time. But I just left from the bathroom & wiped some light spotting. Could I be pregnant or is it from missing the pills?
