Could you forgive a kiss?

My partner and I have been together 7.5 years, bought a house together and have a baby. Last week, my best friend was getting married and we were both part of the bridal party so the night before the wedding I stayed with the bride and my partner stayed with the groom and they went out for drinks. My partner got extremely drunk where he was aggressive and threatening his friends. Then I find out that he kissed a lesbian girl. I always trusted him 10000000% and never expected this to happen to me. My heart is broken. He didn't remember doing it until the groom informed him the next day and claims he is disgusted in himself. I do believe that if he wasn't drunk, he would never have done this.

I love him so much and we have a house and a baby together and it's so much to lose. But I'm not sure if I'd be able to forgive and forget. I'm worried that the relationship will become toxic if we stay together due to my insecurity and I do not want my child growing up to see that. Part of me is thinking it's just a kiss? I don't want our family to break up either so I'm really at a loss 😭 would you be able to forgive and

move on from a drunken kiss?

Edit:

There have never been issues of infidelity in the relationship.

He does have issues when he drinks. He can be aggressive and verbally abusive when drunk and he really cannot handle alcohol. We've had issues with alcohol in the past and he has said now he won't be drinking any more.

When sober, he is literally the perfect man. He is an amazing dad, he is great in the house. He isn't the most romantic but he has amazing qualities that a lot of my friends are jealous about and wish for their partners to be like mine.

@ashley - so one of the groomsmen met a female friend and she had her lesbian friend with her. They went back to grooms apartment where they were staying and the kiss happened there. I dont believe there was any intentions of anything sexual by the girls coming back cos the guy that is friends with one of the girls is married and they were childhood friends. The groom saw it and immediately stopped it and put him to bed. Then the next day the groom told him what he done and he had no memory of it.
