Children's father passed away
Tonight I found out my soon to be ex husband died at 35 in his sleep from most likely alcohol related circumstances. I'll be honest I always expected to have to get my daughters thru this but not at the ages of 6 and 7. Does anyone have any advice at all? I know to look for therapy but they keep asking me how, and to be honest until his autopsy I cannot truthfully answer that but how honest should I be?
