I am not sure sweetie. It does not seem to be implantation bleeding since you already got your positive. If your period starts, could be a chemical but not wishing that into the air! My thoughts are breakthrough spotting from your body thinking your period is due. Are the cramps light?

It could be implantion bleeding as long as it’s not heavy bleeding like your period and the flow like
Your period then you are ok implantion bleeding light bleeding are  considered normal I had  same situation with my daughter  last year I had like period light like cramps and on and off spotting i would see light blood with a wipe of tissue not flowing like period .. so just watch out for heavy bleeding and if you get cramps that are unbearable then you should get it checked out
