When would you consider 1DPO?

I got my peak today on my ovulation tests, would I consider Friday 1DPO? I’m never sure. I was temping previously to know exactly when I ovulated but my sleep schedule it too all over the place so it’s hard for me to do.

I would call it Friday/Saturday. Ovulation happens usually 12-36 hours after a peak so you could ovulate today or tomorrow technically. That’s O day and then 1dpo would be the next day
