I’m on depo shot and I have been spotting for the past month has anybody gotten this? Please help me I have terrible cramps when they come and before it came I had 6 blood clouts the side of a mini bouncy ball pass through!

Normal. The depo shot can cause irregular bleeding.

If just start the shot I'll ask give a few month for  ur body to regulate hormones but if ur period just get worst or stay the same I'll say change birth control maybe another will help u with ur cramps

I got the shot I think 3 weeks ago and my period is late now so I think it just affects everyone different!

Some days my panty liner isn’t full but the other days it goes from dark red back to bright red then also it’s the size of a lil puddle of blood should I get off it in on my first shot
