Starting a couple days ago, my nipples are extremely sensitive and sore when squeezed at all. I don't normally have sensitive nipples (like, you have to apply decent pressure in order for me to feel much), so when I can just brush them and feel it, something is up. For context, I'm on the pill for birth control and I skipped my period week last week because I was on vacation in Florida. I had unprotected sex on March 13th. I also took a dollar store pregnancy test and it was negative.

I don't think it's any PMS symptoms cause I should have felt it last week as opposed to this week. The outside around my boobs are a little sore too when moved around. I also wear the right sized bra, so I don't think it's that either. I'm 20 so I also don't think it's my boobs growing a size out of nowhere. Does that even happen?

If anyone else has experienced this at all, let me know. If they're still overly sensitive and sore by 2 weeks, I might talk to my doctor about it.
