Bleeding lump on scar 18 months later

I’m 10w2d and my son is 18 months old. My lower stomach felt itchy so I scratched but then realized it was a bit painful and then noticed some blood. Do I have anything to worry about? I read it could be endometriosis and if it is I didn’t have it prior to my csection. I don’t have my next doc appt until Wednesday.
