Has anyone gotten a negative test 12dpo and it turn positive?

I need some pick me up. I’m feeling so defeated, depressed, and just bummed today. I am 12 days past having iui done. At 9-10 dpiui and 12 days past my trigger I got a faint positive (I know it was probably the trigger left behind) but now I’m 12 dpiui / 14 days past trigger and it’s negative. I’m just curious if I have any hope left for this cycle. I go for blood work Monday morning but I don’t even see the point in that if my test is negative. Has anyone tested negative on frer at 12 days but still ended up with their bfp? 💔 🙏🏻🤞🏼
