Question if I’m early pregnant

My period is usually 28 day cycle and done by third day. This time my period only lasted 2.5. But me and my partner had intercourse on the third day and then day 4 I had light brown discharge then day 5 I had light red discharge look like implantation the same day I had a head/backache/acne/bloating and slight cramping/diarrhea. And the whole week till now I’ve been getting slight nausea but not like throw up I had bloated/diarrhea/headace hear and there/my boob grow with slight tingle and have blue vein on my boobs. But I tested myself last week but came out negative I know it was early but then this week I tested myself with hcg pregnant test still negative. Wondering if anyone has an answer for me is there a chance I’m early pregnant is there a chance this is what happening to me?
