Nexplanon and pregnancy

Hey girlies ,

First off , please just give honest advice.

I have the nexplanon implant and I am 54 days late. I know that sometimes it’s to do with the implant. But I’ve never been this late before. My boobs and nipples are sore, I need a wee every 10 mins. I’m so tired all the time too. What’s going on? Am I pregnant ?
