Im not saying this to be mean. I work in front of the computer the whole day...its only this pandemic when i fully get how regular exercise truly help get rid of body pains like oil to a machine...and eating bananas for me helped get rid of cramps ~ i used to get charley horse when i was younger

Sounds like carpal tunnel. I had it in both hands..so bad I got it fixed since it woke me up at night.

Pinched nerves. What is causing the pinching is up for debate though. I also have this issue periodically and have my wrist adjusted by a chiropractor to have it go away.
