Boyfriend is convinced

Y’all so my boyfriend has hisself convinced that I’m pregnant. We’ve been testing since last week since according to app my period was due on the 6th, which hasn’t started yet. And they’ve all been negative. But this morning we got what we think might have been a faint line so I’m going to wait a few days and test again. He has been symptom spotting like crazy the last few days, and keeps saying “I’m telling you you’re pregnant” and that “all my symptoms now are the same symptoms I had with our last pregnancy” that pregnancy unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. Which is true minus the extreme nausea. I ran out of things to say to him to not get his hopes up. Anyone have any advice on what I can say to try and help him not get his hopes up?
