It’s common for your mucus plug to regenerate you can lose pieces of it throughout pregnancy. As long as you’re not having insane cramps or bleeding I wouldn’t worry. But you can always call your OB if you’re still concerned.
I lost a big chunk of mine around 30 weeks and I gave birth to my son around 38 weeks
