Is it wrong that I called the police, because I’m concerned about a schizophrenic meth addicted man who yells at the top of his lungs at 12:00am and constantly curses out loud at no one? I’m constantly concerned that Crazy Joe is going to hurt someone or himself. I already know of an incident where he chased and underaged girl. I’m concerned he’s going to pissed off the wrong person or hurt someone. The cops know him by name and yet I see little to no action being taken to get this man help. I know the system is broken, yet there to many case that shouldn’t be in the system or people who do need help are getting ignored. I know this man need professional help and most like should be a ward of the state along time ago, but he’s slip through the cracks.
