3 year old says it burns when she pees.

She has cried the past two times she went pee saying it “feels hot” and that it hurts. I’m guessing that’s a burning like feeling. Can a 3 year old get a UTI?! Something in her diet? If it doesn’t clear up tomorrow I’m taking her to the doctor Monday.
