4x10 schedule at work? Have you ever had a schedule like this?

And what was your experience like?

So we will have 4 days of 10 hours. One day off per week. I’ve always worked 8 hour days, M-F. So this will be a new experience for me.

My hours will be 7am-530pm.

I would like to start the new schedules by May

1 if not before.

You will have an A week and a B week

schedule.

For you, your A week could be your Monday-

Thursday week. This means your B week

would be the week you work Monday, Friday

and 2 other week days. Your week day off

would always be the same (Tuesday,

Wednesday or Thursday).

Heres an example:

A Week

Scheduler 1: Monday-Thursday 7am-530pm

Scheduler 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,

Friday 7am-530pm

B Week:

Scheduler 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,

Friday 7am-530pm

Scheduler 2: Monday-Thursday 7am-530pm
