How often do you change your sheets?

Once a week is my goal but I have to drive to a laundry mat and it’s $7 just to use the washing machine so a lot of times it’s more like 2 weeks 🥲😒

I wash and change sheets/pillow cases twice a week, or at least once a week (depending on circumstances)

Change duvet covers and sheets every week during the summer months and every two week during the winter months.

Atleast once a week sometimes more depending on how much we have been sweating at night.

One a week or once every second week depending on my energy levels, the weather, etc.

Each bed only has 1 set of sheets that get washed every 1-2 weeks. I’ve never had multiple sets of sheets because I wash them and make the bed the same day.
