my mom is pissing me off
it’s been awhile since i’ve posted a rant but i have to bc omfg.
this allllll started a few days ago. pretty much i favetimed my mom because my oldest wanted to see her and i wanted to show her the baby walking. well during the call she completely ignores my kids and instead wanted to talk about petty ass drama.
to sum it up my granddad, who was a piece of crap, died like five years ago and his wife (who’s the same age as my mom) started hanging out with an old boyfriend. and by old boyfriend i mean like 45 years ago boyfriend 🙄. my mom is pissed and saying it’s disrespectful, i said “ma you don’t even know if they’re seeing each other, they could just be friends. it’s none of your business anyways, she doesn’t have to answer to you” so then she changed the subject to another petty drama.
i guess my moms brothers(who passed away almost 20 years ago) baby mama, so my “aunt”, is thinking about moving to the same state my mom lives in. no where near my mom btw, literally is moving on the over side of the state and my mom thinks she’s doing it to ruin her life. 🤦♀️ i wish i was making this shit up. so anyways i kept telling my mom that she’s being dramatic and that my “aunt” probably doesn’t think twice about her and my mom just gets mad and hangs up..
literally was a 14 minute call.
so over the next few days my oldest wanted to talk to my mom because he misses her and i’d allow him to call her. she didn’t answer a single facetime or text message.
i call my gramma because she’s basically my best friend and i just basically vent to her about the whole situation. my gramma tells me my mom didn’t answer yesterday because she was out at the bar drinking with one of her friends who literally is having lifesaving surgery today.. what’s the surgery for ? her liver because she drank too much and is in liver failure 🙃. i’m so irritated over this shit- every time i think my mom has changed or that our relationship is getting better she does crap like this..
idk what to even do anymore
