so i just started prenatals and stopped birth control last sunday (8 days ago). had my period like normal but i’ve had frequent headaches since and some cramping and diarrhea since saturday (starting after almost a week of prenatals). i’ve read this is normal, and if it gets worse i’ll of course talk to my dr. but before that i’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so does it go away or did you have to change prenatal brands? thanks!
