Bleeding for anus (grandma)

My grandma has had this problem for a couple years now and I’m worried it could be colorectal cancer, she’s not listening to me when I’m saying go to the doctors to get checked out. She’s said it’s been happening on and off for the past 3 years, she said it’s bright red (fresh blood) this woman honestly worries me! Has anyone heard of this or had a family member who has had this? Could be something that’s non serious? I’m going to have to drag her to the doctors to get her checked out 😫😢
