Favorite reading positions?

I recently started reading again and noticed my back is hurting more than usual now. I'm assuming it's the way I'm sitting while I read for long periods of time. 
What's the most comfortable way to read?

I change positions frequently. Sitting like normal, legs over the side of my chair, one leg over and the other tucked, laying on the couch, laying on my belly, laying on my side, sitting with my back propped and my knees bent. Never one position the whole time.

I tend to change positions but on my stomach with a pillow to elevate my upper body is cozy for a while. Honestly best was when I was with my ex and had all his pillows to build a nest of pillows and blankets. I had a book holder and I’d set that just right to lie down perfect relaxed and just have to turn a page occasionally.

I’ve found that any position I hurt lol mostly my neck so I think it’s normal
