WHAT ARE YOUR EASTER TRADITIONS? 💐🐣

Bombard me with all the fun things y’all do on Easter! I want to start new traditions for my lil family ☺️

We go to church, have a dinner afterwards and this year there will be a small egg hunt for the babies since it's been a while since they've had kids to do it with

I hide the Easter baskets, kids look for them in the morning. Some years we dye eggs, which we turn into deviled eggs on Sunday. Kids always do an Easter egg hunt in the yard. Family and friends come over for lunch.

We dont do much lol. Easter baskets and Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday, put up a few decorations, decorate eggs. Last year Easter landed on my daughters birthday lol so we did more birthday stuff instead lol

Last weekend we took our daughter to my parents church for their Easter egg hunt. They have my oldest daughter and figured it was something she could do with her younger sister, especially now that she’s older and kind of out of the Easter egg hunt stage. Then on Sunday I’m taking our daughter back to my parents church for their Easter breakfast so my other daughter can have her family together. Unfortunately my boyfriend will not be joining me and I’ll be going by myself since it’s also his weekend with his daughter and there’s no way his daughters going to wake up early to go to breakfast. That means she would have to get up somewhere around 6 to start getting ready in order to leave by 7 and make breakfast for 8. We’re not doing service bc my daughter (17m) won’t sit still during one let alone has never really gone to anyone else and don’t expect her to go into the nursery. She’s pretty attached to my hip and her mama. I can only imagine her screaming bloody murder if I left her in the care of others she doesn’t know. Then later on during the day we’re all going over to his grandmas house for our Easter get together. Originally it was supposed to be reservations at a restaurant here but they’re unable to get reservations until much later in the day so they’re just having things at his grandmas house, who just so happens to live down the block and around the corner from us.
