Bleeding and pain after D&C… what’s normal?

D&C on 4/2… had pain/cramping, with mild bleeding immediately after and mild brown bleeding for about a full week, then the bleeding became moderate and bright red with clots beginning around 4/10. I now also have pretty constant lower back pain, along with a feeling of pressure/discomfort (almost like the pressure of needing to have a bowel movement, but don’t actually need to). I haven’t had a fever at all but am worried about the heavier/red bleeding starting a whole week afterward and continuing still. Is this normal?
