Bacterial vagnosis

I’ve started having abdominal pains last week and assumed it was gas. After 4-5 days I decided to go to urgent care & my urine came back positive for a uti. My cramps continued but today I was called that my urine culture came back for bacterial vagnosis. Is abdominal cramps normal with this?? I have only been with my boyfriend for 4 years and googled scared me into thinking it turned into pelvic inflammatory disease. Someone please reassure me. Has anyone else had abdominal pain along with this?
