House hunting

We found house we want to buy,send offer for asking price they accept it and we were so happy and they are in hurry to sell (good for us).Until today inspection came out and they said there are lots stuff needed to be fixed.And we knew that but then our agent told us roof need to be changed.

Now my husband said if they don’t let price down we will not buy any house (apparently he got tired looking into houses-we saw couple brand new ones and two older ones and that is it) so we will just live in apartment.

Idk I’m just bummed by this information
