help please!!

i had sex with my ex about a week ago and now i’m in so much pain i don’t know how to handle. i’m freaking out thinking it’s herpes but there ain’t any blisters ?? i have never felt pain like this. it’s really red and irritated itchy and burning everywhere. idk what to do i’m going to the doctor soon but i could use some opinions of what this could be ? it doesn’t hurt to pee but does to wipe. it feels like my entire area tingles and hurts. it’s been going on a few days now.
