My neighbor.
I’ve got 3 dogs. They are indoors most of the time. But here lately I haven’t been able to let the out at all because of my neighbor. She told my landlord my dogs are out all night long (they aren’t) and have told us to take our dogs in as soon as we get them out because they barked. This it during the day. I can’t even sit outside with my kids with my dogs because this lady complains about the noise.
